Beverage
Description
The drink is quick and easy to prepare. With its exquisite sweet-and-sour taste and refreshing mint-lemon aroma, it will win you over from the very first sip. This recipe makes a great winter preserve, but you can also enjoy it in summer. If you double the amount of sugar, you'll get a concentrated syrup that can be diluted with sparkling water. Lemons can be substituted with limes or citric acid, using 1 teaspoon (without the heap) per 3-liter jar.
