
Acacia drink for winter
Description
The drink is quick and easy to prepare. Collect acacia flowers away from roads, preferably in a park or near garden plots. Thoroughly rinse the flowers, then carefully pluck them from the stems. The preparation will take a lot of time, but requires minimal effort, resulting in a fragrant infusion. Serve chilled.

1. Remove the flowers from the stems and place them in a colander or sieve, rinse under running water.

2. Transfer the flowers into a 2-liter jar, pour alcohol over them, and close the jar with a lid. Leave the jar in the pantry for 21 days.

3. After three weeks, strain the alcohol through a 2-3 layer cheesecloth. Squeeze the flowers, then discard them in the trash.

4. In a saucepan, mix water with honey, then add the juice of half a lemon, place over heat, bring to a boil, then cool and mix with alcohol. Pour the alcohol into bottles and store in a dark place.
