Herring, Processed Cheese and Carrot Spread
Description
Suitable for both special occasions and everyday meals. If you like finding little pieces in the spread, run everything through a meat grinder. If you want a denser mixture, replace the butter with hard-boiled eggs. Check the herring fillets carefully for small bones and be sure to remove the skin so it does not end up in the spread.
