Pouring pie
Description
Homemade baked goods for tea. You can make a pie with any sweet filling; my version is well-known to many — hard-boiled eggs and green onions. This baked dish can be served with tea, or instead of sandwiches alongside main courses. My pan is 18 cm in diameter; if yours is larger, feel free to double the ingredients. Serve cooled or slightly warm.
