Grape liqueur
Description
The drink is prepared quickly and easily. What could be tastier and more natural than homemade beverages? The process is very simple, but, like any other liqueur, it requires a long time. We don't wash the berries, we just separate each one individually. 1. Pour water into a saucepan, add granulated sugar, place the mixture over heat and bring to a boil. After boiling, simmer for about five minutes, then remove from heat and cool to room temperature. 2. Put the previously cleaned grapes into a jar and pour the prepared sugar syrup over them. 3. Cover the jar's opening with gauze and place the jar in a warm, dark place for three days. 4. Once signs of fermentation appear, remove the gauze and install an airlock. 5. Leave the mixture for at least one month in a warm, dark place. 6. After fermentation is complete, strain the liqueur, pour it into bottles, and store in a dark, cool place for no more than three years.
