
Red currant liqueur
Description
The recipe won't take much time. The liqueur turns out very light, about 26-27 degrees. Moderately sweet, with a pleasant tartness. It can be stored for up to 2 years in a cool, dark place. The drink is ready to serve.

Prepare all the necessary ingredients for making red currant liqueur.

Put the sugar into a saucepan and pour in the water. Bring to a boil and cook for 2 minutes. Remove from heat and let cool.

Wash the currants, dry them, remove the stems, and place them in a wide-mouth glass jar.

Pour vodka into the jar with berries.

Pour the cooled sugar syrup into the jar with vodka and berries.

Tightly close the jar with a lid and mix.
