Thanks to such a dessert, the family tea time will go well; the main thing is to be sure to prepare a topping, because you simply can’t stop at one pancake. Serve cooled or slightly warm.

Prepare the listed ingredients. You can use any variety of apples.

Beat the chicken eggs into a fluffy foam together with milk, water, 1 tsp granulated sugar and salt. Add the sifted premium wheat flour and beat everything again. Then pour vegetable oil into the batter, stir, and let it rest for 15 minutes to activate the gluten.

At this time, cut the apples into four pieces, peel them and remove the seeds. Wash and dice them into medium cubes in a skillet with high sides or a cauldron. Sprinkle the sugar and place the container on the stove.
