Shall we begin? Here's how to make nalynky with meat: 1. Crack the eggs into a bowl, add slightly softened butter, and whisk until smooth. 2. Pour in the milk, add a pinch of salt, and mix again. Gradually add flour, stirring continuously. 3. When the batter becomes smooth, fry small pancakes on a skillet on both sides. Stack them on a plate and let cool. 4. Now prepare the filling. If needed, thaw the ground meat. Wash, peel, and finely chop the onion, or blend it in a food processor. Sauté the meat and onion in a skillet until cooked through, seasoning with salt and pepper to taste. 5. Place a spoonful of filling onto each pancake and fold it into a rectangular parcel (envelope shape). 6. You can serve these nalynky immediately, or arrange them in a pot, add a piece of butter, and keep them warm in the oven or on the stove for a few more minutes. This will make them even softer and more aromatic.
