Nalistniki with starch and cottage cheese
Description
Homemade pastry for tea. The homeland of this tasty dish is considered to be Poland, but it is loved everywhere. Don't be afraid to spread the batter thin; the crepes turn out very thin and don't tear thanks to the starch. The filling is usually sweet, but you can also make it savory. It's better to use potato starch; the crepes become more elastic. Use thick, non‑sour sour cream. The pastry is ready. Serve at the table.
