Fried burbot
Description
The dish is prepared without unnecessary complications. There are no special secrets to frying burbot. The sour cream batter is very tasty, although you can use mayonnaise instead. I recommend everyone try fried burbot. I usually cook this dish for dinner after work—it's very quick and easy. I transfer the fish from the freezer to the refrigerator beforehand, so it has enough time to defrost. The ready dish can then be served.
