
Chicken giblet filling
Description
It works both for holidays and for everyday meals. Why is this dish called "stuffing"? You can use it to stuff chicken and boil or bake it. Or you can serve this dish on its own. The result is very unusual and delicious. Give it a try. The appetizer is ready. Serve immediately.

1. Our giblets need to be washed very thoroughly. If desired, you can also add chicken gizzards to this dish. In that case, the gizzards should be cleaned and finely chopped. Break the eggs into a separate bowl and beat them. Add the giblets to the eggs and mix everything together. Add salt and pepper to taste.

2. Gradually add flour to the giblets and mix. Make sure the finished mixture does not turn out too stiff.

3. Now spread a large piece of cheesecloth on the table and place all of our prepared mixture on it. Tie the ends of the cheesecloth. In a large pot, bring water to a boil, add salt, and simmer the mixture in the cheesecloth for about 1.5 hours.

4. When our pâté filling has finished cooking, untie the cheesecloth and remove it. Place the dish on a cutting board and cover with a weight. Leave it like this until completely cooled. The filling can be stored in the refrigerator. When serving, slice into pieces.
