Potato filling for buns
Description
You can make the dough yourself; yeast dough works well here. These buns can be baked in the oven, pan-fried, or deep-fried. I like to eat them while they're still warm, perhaps with sour cream. The potato filling can be varied with herbs, bacon, mushrooms, or meat mince. Serve warm or chilled. Perfect with tea.
