Filling for tartlets
Description
A tasty appetizer for any gathering. Tartlets can be made with sweet, savory, and dairy fillings. Besides individual ingredients, tartlets can be filled with salads, which are very convenient to serve at a buffet when you need to feed a large crowd. For children, you can make dessert tartlets with cream and berries, ice cream and chocolate, while adults will prefer a meat option or a seafood cocktail. The tartlets themselves can be store-bought, or you can make them yourself from puff pastry, shortcrust pastry, and even cheese. Serve the appetizer at the table.
