Description

Perfectly pairs with tea and coffee. The filling is one of the key components of samsa. It can be made with beef, pork, chicken with cheese, mushrooms, or simply with brined cheese (such as Suluguni). Traditionally, samsa is prepared in Uzbek cuisine, using lamb for the filling. In our recipe—lamb with onions and fat. The pastry is ready. Serve at the table.
