Filling for brisolets
Description
The recipe won't take much time. True gourmets know that "brizol" isn't a specific dish, but rather a method of preparation and serving where various ingredients are fried in beaten egg or omelet. Thus, you can cook just about anything—fish, meat, vegetables, and so on. But today I'd like to share with you my favorite simple filling recipe for brizol. In my opinion, the combination of egg omelet, ham, and mushrooms is one of the best. With these ingredients, you can easily prepare a satisfying breakfast or lunch. And since making brizol filling at home is very easy and doesn't take much time, this dish will undoubtedly become one of your favorites and will frequently appear on your dining table. Serve hot.
Instructions

Step 1

So, for the stuffing, we pass the chicken breast, half an onion, and bread soaked in water through a meat grinder. We add spices and salt, thoroughly knead the mixture until smooth, then divide it into several small balls.

Step 2

Lay a sheet of cellophane on the table, place the meatball on it, cover with another sheet of cellophane on top, and roll out the minced meat into a thin flatbread.
- 3
Step 3

Beat one egg in a bowl (you can add a little salt) and pour the mixture onto a heated frying pan.
- 4
Step 4

Now remove the top film from the meat patty and carefully transfer it onto the egg pancake, then peel off the bottom film.
- 5
Step 5

Fry the pancake for about a minute on each side.
- 6
Step 6

Then transfer it to a plate, sauté the mushrooms in another skillet with the second half of the onion, season the filling with salt and pepper, and place a portion of mushrooms on one half of the crepe.

Step 7

Fold the pancake in half, garnish the dish with fresh herbs, and serve. Believe me, there's no better treat for breakfast.
