Mice on Crackers
Description
Suitable for both a holiday and everyday. In 10 minutes you can make a cute appetizer shaped like little mice. For younger kids, you can buy cheese without additives; for older ones, I think bacon or ham would be just right. I bought a pack with 4 flavors (mushroom, onion, ham, salami), so the mice were all different, each tasty in its own way. Give it a try. Serve with greens and sauce.

1. So, unwrap the cheese curds—I have 4 different kinds, so the mice will differ slightly in color. Wash the herbs. Let's get started!

2. On each cracker, place one cheese triangle. Make whiskers from parsley sprigs: simply stick a small piece of the sprig into the cheese.

3. Slice the olives into rings—not too thin, so they stand up on the cheese—then cut each ring in half. Attach the ears. Make the eyes from pepper. Make small triangles from red pepper for the noses.
