Mint liqueur

Instructions

   Step 1

   Wash the mint leaves and dry them.

   Place the mint in a jar and pour vodka over it. Let it infuse for 2 weeks in a dark place.

   To prepare the syrup, dissolve the sugar in water and bring to a boil. Cool.

   Strain the infused vodka and mix it with sugar syrup.

   Pour into bottles and tightly seal with a cork. Store in a dark place.
