Mint cookies
Description
Mint cookies are made from shortcrust pastry. These cookies should not be baked with top heat, so they remain soft and retain a light green color. They are delicious served with milk or a cup of tea. Have a pleasant time in the kitchen! They can be served with tea or coffee.
