    Prepare the necessary ingredients. Rinse the mint with cool water.

    Pour the cream (200 ml) into a saucepan, add mint, and bring to a boil. Cover with a lid, cool, and let it steep for 2 hours. All cream must be cold before whipping.

    Then remove the mint from the cream and squeeze it out. Add the remaining cream to the mint cream and whip with a mixer until stiff peaks form. Fold in the condensed milk into the whipped cream using a spatula. Cover with plastic wrap, pressing it directly onto the surface, and freeze overnight.
