Peach-mint salad

Description

A very simple, fresh, and delicious recipe; the mint aroma goes very well with peaches.

   Chop the mint into a cup. Pour 4 tablespoons of sugar syrup over it and let it steep.

   Meanwhile, bring a pot of water to a boil, immerse the peaches for 20 seconds, then place them in cold water. After that, they are very easy to peel.

   Slice the peaches into a bowl. Add the juice of 1 lemon and mix well. Pour the peach mixture with mint syrup through a fine sieve to remove the mint leaves, then add the remaining sugar syrup.
