
Mint-lemon tincture
Description
The recipe won't take much time. The mint-lemon infusion turns out soft and light. You can use any variety of mint, and if honey isn't suitable, replace it with sugar. Use only high-quality vodka or purified moonshine. Serve chilled.

Prepare all the necessary ingredients for making mint-lemon tincture.

Wash the lemon thoroughly and dry it. Cut off the yellow part of the lemon and place it into a clean jar. Remove the white pith from the lemon, cut the flesh into pieces, and add it to the zest.

Remove the stems from the mint and place the leaves in a jar, then add honey.

Pour vodka into the jar, mix well, and seal tightly.
