Universal dressing for salads and hot dishes. In the United States, mint-mustard sauce is very popular—a sauce with a somewhat unconventional and quite original flavor. I've tried making this sauce several times—it turns out very interesting, combining notes of minty freshness with mustard sharpness. Plus, the sauce takes only 10 minutes to prepare, which is another definite advantage. Serve the sauce with meat, fish, or use it as a salad dressing.
