Mint panna cotta
Description
The recipe won't take much time. Mint panna cotta is a light dessert made from cream and gelatin. If you use too little gelatin, the cream may not set. Place the cream in the refrigerator for 8 hours. This recipe uses sheet gelatin; if you have a different type, carefully check the instructions for how many milliliters of liquid it is intended for. You can adjust the ratio of cream to strawberries in the mint panna cotta. Please note that you must not boil cream with gelatin! Simply heat the cream well, almost to boiling, then remove it from the heat before adding the gelatin. Good luck, and serve chilled.
