Meat baked in pastry
Description
The recipe won't take much time. The meat baked in dough doesn't have to be minced—it can be a whole piece. This kind of meat is also pre-baked in foil almost until fully cooked, then wrapped in dough with a mushroom filling. It's very convenient to use a long baking mold for baking the minced meat and a silicone mat for assembling the pie. Right on this mat, the meat wrapped in dough is transferred onto a baking sheet and baked. This way, the pie won't burn or fall apart when moving it from the table to the baking sheet. It may take some effort, but what a result! Your moment of glory is guaranteed! Good luck, and serve hot.
