Meat baked with tomatoes

Description

The dish is prepared without unnecessary complications. The meat with tomatoes and cheese turns out juicy and tender. The cheese forms a crispy crust, while the onions and tomatoes release all their juices into the meat. I especially enjoy this dish with a green salad, but you can also choose a more substantial side dish. You can also make cutlets from chicken this way, although I haven't tried it yet. In my opinion, the tastiest versions are made with veal and pork. The finished dish can now be served.
