Description
The recipe won't take much time. This dish is perfect for a festive table, as it looks both appetizing and celebratory. You can use button mushrooms, porcini, oyster mushrooms, or wild mushrooms. Prosciutto can be replaced with Parma ham or bacon. Don't rush to slice the meat right after baking—wait a few minutes, then enjoy your dish. Serve hot.

1. Wash the mushrooms, peel off the skin, trim the edges of the stems, transfer to the blender container, and add salt.

2. Puree the mushrooms until smooth. Heat a skillet with one tablespoon of olive oil, then sauté the mushroom puree for 10 minutes.

3. Wash the meat, pat it dry with paper towels, and season all sides with salt and black pepper.

4. Heat a pan with the remaining olive oil, add the meat and sear on all sides until a golden crust forms.
