Meat in dough cooked in a pan
Description
The dish is prepared without unnecessary complications. Meat in batter cooked in a pan is a very tasty and filling way to cook meat on the stovetop. Essentially, you can use any type of meat, but it turns out best with pork and chicken cutlets. The cutlets look extremely appetizing and are always a big hit at our family table. It's best to serve these cutlets with a vegetable side dish, as the combination of batter and meat is quite heavy to digest, and fresh vegetables will be a perfect complement. Good luck!
