Meat in pastry
Description
The recipe won't take much time. Instead of beef tenderloin, you can use pork, chicken, turkey, or even ground meat. The dish is very popular and delicious, often prepared for holidays. I use ready-made puff pastry, although you can make it yourself. First, I sear the whole tenderloin, then wrap it in pastry and bake it in the oven. Give it a try. Serve hot.
