
Meat in a pressure cooker
Description
The recipe won't take much time. This delicious dish is perfect for any family dinner or even a holiday celebration. Beef is a lean meat, and when cooked in a pressure cooker with wine, it turns out very tender. Beef "Bourguignon" goes well with any side dish. If desired, add a fresh peeled tomato to the vegetables. Serve hot.

Cut the bacon into small pieces and fry in a pressure cooker.

Cut the onion into small cubes and add to the bacon; fry for about 2 minutes, stirring.

Cut the beef fillet into large pieces and fry in a pressure cooker with bacon and onion for 5 minutes over high heat. Then add the flour and mix well.

Pour in the wine, add salt and spices, cover with a lid, and set the timer for 20 minutes. Then add the broth.

Slice the mushrooms into pieces and cut the carrots into rounds. Add them to the pressure cooker with the meat after 20 minutes, press in the garlic, and simmer for 5 minutes.
