Meat in a multicooker
Description
The recipe won't take much time. Here's a classic recipe for cooking meat in a Redmond multicooker. I used a good piece of beef, although you can bake pork the same way. Each multicooker has individual power and performance parameters. That's why it's best to keep an eye on the cooking process and not wander too far (at least the first time). Good luck! Serve hot.
Instructions
- 1
Step 1

With a knife, make several holes in the piece of beef. Insert carrot sticks and whole garlic cloves into the holes.
- 2
Step 2

Mix 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil, salt, spices, and mustard. Rub this mixture all over the beef. Wrap the meat in plastic wrap and marinate for 1 hour, or leave overnight.

Step 3

Grease the multicooker bowl with vegetable oil. Cook in my multicooker using the "Meat" mode for 1 hour.

Step 4

Doneness is checked by the tenderness of the meat and the color of the released juice. The juice should be clear; if it is pink or red, flip the meat and cook for another half hour.

Step 5

Serve at the table.
