
Meat in a multicooker
Description
Perfect for both holidays and everyday meals. How easy it is to decorate a festive table with something homemade and delicious! Here is a simple recipe for cooking meat in a Panasonic multicooker. By the way, during cooking in the roasting sleeve, a lot of liquid will collect. Don’t rush to pour it out, because it can be used to make some gravy for porridge, for example. Good luck. Serve with herbs and sauce.

Rinse the meat and let it dry. Then rub it with minced garlic, pepper, and salt.

Place the meat in a suitable container (under plastic wrap) and leave it to marinate in the refrigerator for 24 hours.

Tie the marinated meat with kitchen twine or thread.

Place the meat in a roasting bag and tie off the ends of the bag.

Place the roasting sleeve with the meat into the multicooker bowl. Pour in water so that no more than half of the meat is covered. Cook on the "Stew" mode for 2 hours. After cooking, do not rush to remove the meat from the multicooker. Let it sit right there for another hour.

Drain the juice from the package, remove the meat, and let it cool. Put it in the refrigerator — in an hour it’s ready!
