Meat in sweet and sour sauce with vegetables
Description
The recipe won't take much time. Here is the recipe for meat in sweet and sour sauce with vegetables. You can use any kind of meat, but in my opinion, tender meat such as rabbit works best for this dish. It absorbs all the flavor of the sweet and sour sauce and then, while cooking together with the vegetables, imparts that taste throughout the entire dish. The result is a delicate and refined combination, where the sweet and sour sauce comes through clearly, though not overpowering. Good luck with your cooking! Serve hot.

Step 4

4. Simmer for a couple of minutes, then add the pre-soaked noodles and ketchup. If you have a ready-made side dish, do not add the noodles, just add the ketchup. In both cases, simmer for another five minutes over low heat, covered.
