First, cut the pork into thin strips.

We do the same with the pickled cucumbers, cutting them into long strips of medium thickness.

We wash the potatoes, peel them, cut into julienne strips, and rinse them in water to remove the starch.

Now mix the pork with the cucumbers, add salt, and include all the necessary spices.

Grease the inside of the pot with vegetable oil, and place the pork with cucumbers on the bottom.

On top of the pork, place the potatoes and lightly salt them.

Brush the potatoes with mayonnaise and sprinkle with grated cheese. Place in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 40-45 minutes. And voila! :)
