Meat in pots in an air fryer

The recipe won't take much time. If you're lucky enough to own a wonderful appliance like an air fryer (aerogrill), preparing this dish will be easy. This simple recipe for meat in pots cooked in an air fryer allows you to feed your family a delicious meal with almost the same tasty and healthy qualities as the dishes our ancestors prepared in a traditional Russian oven. Follow the recipe and cook: 1. Wash the meat and cut it into pieces. 2. Peel the onion, garlic, and pepper. Chop them as you prefer. 3. Wash the tomato and cut it into small pieces. 4. Place the meat and chopped vegetables into the pots. I ended up with 2 pots. 5. Add salt, pepper, and water to the pots. Top with sour cream or mayonnaise. Cover the pots with their lids. 6. Place the pots on the lower rack of the air fryer and bake at maximum temperature and fan speed for about 35 minutes. Serve this meat hot with any side dish or salad.
