Meat in pots with sour cream
Description
The recipe won't take much time. The classic way of cooking meat in clay pots with sour cream has saved me many times. While it's slowly baking in the oven, you can relax or do other things. This dish doesn't require constant supervision, which is why I really enjoy cooking in clay pots. Plus, the meat prepared with this simple recipe tastes completely different—and much better—than the same dish cooked on the stovetop. Try making this meat yourself; the step-by-step photos will guide you. Serve this meat with any side dish. Enjoy it while hot.
