Meat in the oven with sour cream
Description
This dish belongs to the category of simple, yet refined and unusual. Let's face it: meat baked with onions in sour cream sauce is very straightforward, and yet for some reason we've never thought of preparing it this way before. And that's a pity, because it turns out delicious! And it's also healthy. Yes, indeed—the meat is cooked with sour cream without a single gram of oil. If you're watching your figure and eating right, choose lean pork and low-fat sour cream, use minimal salt—and you've got a tasty diet-friendly dish. Now, here's the recipe I'd like to suggest.
