Meat in the oven with cheese

Description
The dish is prepared without unnecessary complications. You can use either pork or beef for baking meat in the oven with cheese. In principle, you can cook any meat this way, except maybe lamb—it's not very suitable for baking. You can also add special meat spices; a ready-made mix will work perfectly. See the recipe. The finished dish can be served at the table.

Pound the meat, then season with salt and pepper.

Spread mayonnaise.

Slice the onion into rings and place on top.

Sprinkle with grated cheese on top. Place in the oven for 20-30 minutes at 180 degrees. Serve the baked meat with cheese alongside potatoes or vegetables.
