Meat for the road
Description
Don't forget to take various sauces with you on your trip to mix with the roasted pork, sliced bread, toasted bread, or baguette. You can also serve this meat with cooked porridge if you're traveling by train or car.
Instructions
- 1
Step 1

Prepare the listed ingredients. Rinse the meat in water, remove tendons and films from it, and dry with a paper towel.
- 2
Step 2

Place the meat in a deep container, pour in the soy sauce, add salt, ground black pepper, and meat seasoning. Thoroughly knead the pork from all sides so that it absorbs the soy sauce. Do not add garlic—it will burn! Let the meat marinate for about 1 hour.
- 3
Step 3

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees and place the meat into a roasting bag. It's better not to use foil or parchment paper, as the meat won't be as juicy.
- 4
Step 4

Bake the pork for about 50-60 minutes, then cut open the pouch and let the meat brown for another 5-10 minutes.
- 5
Step 5

Remove the baked pork from the bag, let it cool, and slice into portion pieces, ready for travel. You can also wrap the cooled baked pork in parchment paper or foil without slicing.
