Meat in a cast-iron pot in the oven
Description
The recipe won't take much time. If you have an old cast-iron pot handed down from your grandmother, don't be in a hurry to throw it away. You're unlikely to find such cookware these days, and dishes prepared in a genuine cast-iron pot taste remarkably different from the same dishes cooked in modern cookware. Meat cooked in a cast-iron pot in the oven will be incredibly tender and juicy. I cherish my cast-iron pot like a crystal vase :) I love cooking with it. So I'm eager to share one of my recipes with you—serve it hot.
