Meat in a can in its own juice
Description
The recipe won't take much time. You can use any meat; in this case, we'll use chicken, as it's the most affordable. The meat turns out very juicy, tender, soft, and aromatic, with plenty of juice. The convenience of this recipe is that you don't need to stand by the stove, worrying about the meat burning—just chop it, put it in a jar, and you can safely forget about it for an hour. Serve hot.

Step 4

4. Place the jar in a cold oven (so it won't crack), turn the oven on to 100°C, then after ten minutes increase the temperature to 200°C and bake for about 50-60 minutes. After cooking, transfer the meat onto a plate and garnish with fresh herbs.
