
Duck meat in a multicooker
Description
The dish is prepared without unnecessary complications. Dedicated to poultry and exotic food lovers. Prepare the duck, rinse it, make cuts in the skin, and sear in a frying pan. Then place the duck pieces into the multicooker, add half a cup of water, salt, and spices to taste, and stew for half an hour. Next, add sliced orange rings and leek, and continue cooking for another hour. Serve garnished with fresh herbs. The finished dish is ready to be served.
