Here is a simple recipe for cooking meat stewed in a Polaris multicooker. The meat turns out very juicy and flavorful. As a side dish, I suggest boiled rice or mashed potatoes. But if you decide to skip the side dish—no problem! It's delicious even without it.

    Pour vegetable oil into the multicooker bowl. Add finely chopped onion and peeled beet cut into strips. Also add salt and pepper, and mix. Cook in "Baking" mode for 25 minutes.
