Meat stewed with prunes in a sweet and sour sauce
Description
Meat prepared according to this recipe will become the centerpiece of your table. Tender pork in a sweet and sour sauce will perfectly complement any side dish, while the prunes will add a special touch. Be sure to fry the onion in the fat released by the meat during frying—this will make the onion much more flavorful and aromatic. Optionally, you can add herbs or spices, such as basil or rosemary.
