Meat with vegetables on the grill
Description
Which meat and vegetables you choose depends entirely on your taste preferences. It could be not only eggplant, zucchini, and mushrooms, as in this case, but also bell pepper, tomato, corn, broccoli. To ensure the meat cooks well together with the vegetables, I recommend slicing the meat not too thickly. Otherwise, this is a recipe idea that you can adapt and implement however you like.

Step 2

Wash the meat—in this case, pork—dry it, and cut it into pieces. Season both sides with salt and pepper. Place in a container.

Step 3

Wash and chop the vegetables. For the mushrooms, I removed the stems and kept only the caps.

Step 4

Season the vegetables with salt and pepper to taste. You can add your favorite spices.
- 5
Step 5

Add soy sauce, mustard, mayonnaise or sour cream. Mix everything thoroughly.

Step 6

Place the vegetables in the container with the meat, and you can head out into nature right away.
- 7
Step 7

Place the vegetables and meat on the grill and put them over the coals.
- 8
Step 8

Fry, turning constantly, until cooked through. The time depends on the meat and the type of vegetables chosen. It took me about 30 minutes over medium heat coals.

Step 9

Before serving, the meat with vegetables can be accompanied by sauce, herbs, or potatoes.
