Meat with carrots
Description
The dish is prepared without unnecessary complications. On cold winter days, we all crave something hot and hearty. I recommend this recipe for cooking meat with carrots. As a result, you'll get two dishes — broth and stewed meat that goes well with any side dish. I often used this recipe when my children were little and wouldn't eat meat in soup. My husband couldn't handle boiled meat, so this simple recipe came to my rescue. Try making it—you will definitely like it. The meat turns out tender and juicy. Beef works especially well with this recipe. Good luck! The ready dish can now be served.
