
Meat with ginger and green onion
Description
The recipe won't take much time. I recommend marinating the pork in advance—minimum half an hour, but you can leave it for a couple of hours or even overnight. While frying, feel free to pour the marinade into the pan. This dish goes great with rice, but can also be served with any other side dish of your choice. Serve hot.

1. Cut the pork into thin strips. Place in a small bowl, add soy sauce, vinegar, rice wine, a pinch of pepper, and sugar. Let it marinate. Meanwhile, peel and mince the ginger, and coarsely chop the green onion.

2. Pour oil into a frying pan and heat it up. Add the ginger and fry until golden brown.

3. Add the meat and continue frying, stirring, over medium heat until fully cooked.

4. At the end, place the green onions on top.
