Meat with pears in a multicooker
Description
The dish is easy to prepare and turns out delicious without requiring much effort. 1. Peel the pears and cut them into large slices. Bring one liter of water to a boil and squeeze lemon juice into it. Place the pears into the boiling lemon water and cook for 4 minutes. Then drain in a colander. 2. Cut the meat (I used beef) into large pieces. 3. Mix flour, salt, and pepper, then coat the meat pieces in this mixture. Lightly fry them in a pan, then transfer to the multicooker bowl. 4. In the remaining fat in the pan, sauté chopped onion and add it to the meat. 5. Add bay leaf and honey dissolved in beer to the multicooker. Close the lid and stew for 1 hour. 6. After one hour, add the pears to the multicooker and continue stewing for another 20 minutes. Serve the cooked meat with the sauce formed during cooking. The dish is now ready to be served.
