    1. To prepare meat with mushrooms in a multicooker, start with preparing the meat. Pork is used in this case, but any other type of meat can be cooked the same way. Wash the pork shoulder, dry it, and cut into portion-sized pieces. Place into the multicooker bowl and set the Sauté (or Bake) mode for 15–20 minutes (depending on the size of the pieces). You may add a little vegetable oil if desired, but to make the dish less fatty, you can replace the oil with a few tablespoons of water.

    4. It's time to add the mushrooms to the multicooker bowl. Season with salt and pepper to taste. If desired, you can also add your favorite spices, dried herbs, garlic, or tomatoes. If there is not enough liquid in the bowl, add a little water or broth. Continue cooking in the Sauté mode for another 10 minutes or so.

    5. When the mushrooms have browned slightly, switch to the Stewing mode. Cook the meat with mushrooms in the multicooker at home for about 45–60 minutes, depending on the size and type of meat. Once cooking is complete, serve the dish with your favorite side.
