Meat with oranges
Description
The dish is prepared without unnecessary complications. This dish cannot be called ordinary. Few of us have probably dared to add citrus to pork. But I can assure you that the taste turns out to be very well-balanced, with no single flavor standing out. The orange sauce perfectly complements the tender pork, adding a pleasant tanginess. The finished dish can now be served.
Instructions

Step 1
Squeeze the juice from an orange and mix it in a large bowl with dried or freshly chopped rosemary. Add a tablespoon of grated orange zest.

Step 2
Using a sharp knife, make cuts all over the surface of the roast and insert half garlic cloves and pieces of orange zest into them. You can skip this step if you don't like stuffing meat with seasonings. But don't forget to season the meat with salt.

Step 3
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Meanwhile, melt 2 tablespoons of butter in a saucepan, pour in the orange sauce, and simmer over low heat for 5–8 minutes.

Step 4
Place the pieces of meat into a baking dish and use a brush to apply a little sauce onto the meat. Pour in the chicken broth and place in the oven for 20 minutes.

Step 5
Then brush the meat with the orange sauce again and simmer for another 15-20 minutes.

Step 6
Remove the meat from the oven before serving, cover with foil, and let it rest for about 10 minutes.

Step 7
Combine the liquid remaining in the baking dish with the orange sauce in a saucepan and boil for about 3 minutes. Add salt and pepper to the sauce and serve it with the meat sliced into pieces.
