Meat with pineapples in sweet and sour sauce
Description
The recipe won't take much time. The dish's name may lead home cooks to believe it's impossible to prepare without advanced culinary skills. However, this opinion is misleading—everything is very simple, without unnecessary extras or complicated cooking processes. The meat needs to be marinated briefly, seared, and then simmered in a sweet-and-sour sauce made from pineapple syrup and tomato paste. Serve hot.
